We’re delighted to announce that RePlated has been officially certified as Made in Australia.
We design products that are thoughtful, beautiful and good for the environment - not only because they remove the need for single-use containers, but in the way that they’re manufactured and disposed of.
The circular economy isn’t just a catch phrase here at RePlated. We’ve thought about the full life cycle(s) of our products. From the beginning of their life by choosing to manufacture just a short drive away from our Sydney HQ, and in a material that is already recycled. This extends to the end of life where we take containers back for rebirthing into new products.
Our mission as a business is to create systems as well as products for reusable food containers that ensure value for everyone and that includes the production of the container and not just their use.
Working in Australia means we can ensure we measure up to best practices in how we treat people, to ensure our supply chains are free from slavery and other forms of labour abuse.
From an environmental perspective, it means we have made sure our factories follow best practice water waste management and disposal of hazardous and other waste. We’re also committed to working together to continually improve our impact.
We know the people who make our products and combine great relationships with their considerable expertise, this ensures high-quality products that we can manufacture and deliver more quickly to our customers.
In 2020 we face the challenge of rebuilding the Australian economy from the twin disasters of the bushfires and the coronavirus pandemic.
